Hawt Sauce

Hawt Sauce came from experimenting with

Sichuan peppers, aiming for the tingle but found they have an amazing zesty citrus flavour. Using that zesty citrus flavour and combining it with a combo of some pretty hot chillies like habaneros and Carolina Reapers that made an extra extra hot  hot sauce that's unique and is packed with flavour.
